I love the colour of my boy’s hair, eyebrows and eyelashes and the fact that they are coupled with dark eyes rather than the usual blue. I also love the pasta-sauce smeared face they are all a part of ๐
Caius got a new bike today. The box it came in was big enough for Caius to fit in, never mind anyone else. So obviously it turned into a playground for quite some time!
My two brown-eyed beauties. Different browns though – Tori’s are lighter and more hazel-y whilst Arthur’s are deep chocolate instead.
My crazy grey eyes that are neither blue, nor green, nor brown. But some odd mixture of them all that can vary wildly depending on my mood and the ambient lighting…
And the blue-eyed member of the gang. Just to be different ๐
This little guy sits on top of the mirror in our front room and always makes me smile when I spot him ๐
This week is the last week where The Boy And Me is hosting the 365 linky – she is calling it a day after a very impressive four and a bit years so she can spend more time with her family and less time feeling annoyed by the ‘responsibilities’ of her blog – and I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to her for all her hard work.
I know what it’s like to fall out of love with your blog and there are many times I nearly abandoned CFHW but all the way through I kept up with my 365 (or Project 52 for a while) thanks to TBAM’s support. There were several weeks when all I posted on my blog were my 365 posts because that’s all I had the energy to do, but it meant that I was regularly logging into my blog and eventually I got back into it and found my feet again. My 365 posts are important to me – not just as a record and a challenge for myself but I also feel like they are almost the heartbeat of CFHW. They stop it from becoming something without a personality, lost in reviews and whatnot, and I love it.
365 isn’t going away – we 365ers are going to keep TBAM’s baby alive with a blog-hop style linky together because the other thing she has created through the linky, the FB group and Twitter is a big network of friends who keep each other going through the rubbish weeks and enjoy peeking into each other’s lives once a week.
So thank you, TBAM, for getting me into this ridiculous thing of taking at least one photo a day, even if it is rubbish and of the washing up at 11pm because I forgot. Now go away and make something awesome with your gorgeous boy and don’t worry about taking a photograph of it for the rest of us ๐ Much love xxx
What gorgeous photos! Loving all the eyes….

Love your eye theme.
Mine are the same as yours. They are green, but can look green, grey or blue, and have lots of brown/orange specs too.

These are great photos because each one says so much even though they are all about one thing… eyes. Isn’t it amazing that TBAM kept this project going for 4.5 years?! And how lovely that you’re all keeping it going xx
