Lovely gerbils. I had gerbils as a child. We started with 2 in separate cages until I had the bright idea that they would like to visit each other. I soon ended up with 30, my own tribe. They lived forever too.

Don’t let my little girl see this or there will be yet more pets in this rapidly expanding animal kingdom. Like how this shows the cute factor but also a little of the work factor too
