Random thought that struck me the other day: How old does something (say, a table) have to be for it to be considered antique?
Answer: Most antique dealers go by the rule of thumb that 100years old(ish) or older is antique. Things that are old, but not that old, are known as vintage.
So there you go.
Also I have now written/looked at the word antique so many times that it no longer looks like a real word. Does that happen to anyone else or is it just my brain being weird?
All I Ask Of You (from Phantom Of The Opera) by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Performed by Emmy Rossum & Patrick Wilson
Tori has got various songs from Phantom stuck in my head over the last week or so. We have duetted this one more than once on car trips out and about.
me + ur ghost by blackbear
This is not my usual musical fare, but I oddly love it. I do not love the artist’s apparent disdain for capital letters though…
This week’s featured colours are: Carolina, Bread, Cerise, and Grape.

Oh Carolina by Shaggy
A vastly underrated and oft-forgot Shaggy track.
Make It With You by Bread
I love that out of everything they could have called themselves, these guys picked to call themselves ‘bread’. Genius.
Cerise by Billy Bonbon
I… what? Why are the Beatles there? What… was that Freddie Mercury?? And… what even is this…?
Random. But it fitted the prompt. So thank you, Billy Bonbon.
The Duck Song by Bryant Oden, video by Forrest Whaley
…then he waddled away. Waddle waddle waddle…
Anybody who has managed to miss this internet sensation has genuinely missed out in life.
Which songs would you have picked for Carolina, Bread, Cerise, or Grape?
