It’s time to get colourful, Blogsters – let’s fight the grey skies and listen to some some new/weird/old favourite* music.
*Delete as appropriate once you’ve seen the offerings.
This time on the colour chart we have: Lemonade, Orchid, Anchor, Sacramento, and Amber.
Hm, a couple of things came to mind here… 1) Why is lemonade not a shade of yellow or grey? and 2) Again with the place names – why is Sacramento green? Isn’t it a city?!
Oh well, here we go!

The Lemonade Song by Pink Martini
My first thought was The Duck Song again, but I used that for Grape so I had to think again, and then I found this, which fits the bill nicely.
Orchid by Alanis Morissette
Hadn’t listened to this in so long. Was nice to revisit it.
The Anchor Song by Björk
Short and sweet… and odd. Usual Björk really.
Sacramento (A Wonderful Town) by Middle of the Road
Well, I still don’t know why it’s green, but at least I didn’t have to hunt too hard to find a song about it!
Amber by 311
Cor, I haven’t heard this one in a while either!
Obviously for this prompt you get a bonus picture of my Amber Cat as well. Just because.
