Lesson 3
Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
This is hard. But I try my best with it because I only recently realised how much energy hate requires and to be honest, if someone is terrible enough to cause hate then they are almost certainly not worth all the energy you will waste hating them. Forget them, forgive them, make your own peace with what they did. Whatever, however. Just don’t hate them – they’re not even worth that honour. You are better than that.
