Last week was mostly a success – I was pleasantly surprised when both Smalls ate the cottage pie and said it was yummy!
Here’s hoping we have some more successes this week and expand our family menu a bit further.
Monday: Cheese & Vegetable Puffs with salad & chips (Pinching the recipe from UtterlyScrummy because they sound super tasty!)
Tuesday: Salmon Fishcakes with vegetables and sweet potato wedges (I will make the fishcakes using a recipe from the Ella’s Kitchen Red Book)
Wednesday: Lamb/Beef grills (chicken nuggets for the kids) with vegetables and mash
Thursday: Slow cooker turkey noodle stew
Friday: Pasta and meatballs
Saturday: Freezer food. (Don’t know what we have planned for the day so I’m allowing a free pass to easy freezer food!)
Sunday: Roast Chicken Dinner
