The meal plan this week?

THERE IS NO PLAN!

I did a random Tesco shop which is probably useless, I didn’t cook one of last week’s meals so that will probably happen on Monday and I have a vague plan to do Toad In The Hole on Easter Sunday.

Other than that?

I have all the cupboard staples, two freezers full of ‘stuff’ and a variety of fresh vegetables to play with through the week.

Some weeks I just can’t get my head into meal planning mode and this was one of those weeks. We’ll all get fed and all will be well – I’ll just have to think on my feet a bit and remember to defrost bits in advance if I need them!
