It is Monday, which in this house is shopping and Meal Planning day, so I am here to post what we have planned for the week, assuming I keep on top of everything and stick to my plan.
Breakfasts will be a choice of: Toasted Waffles with Yoghurt & Berries, Toast with a variety of toppings, breakfast cereal or porridge.
Lunches are sandwiches or soups depending on the weather and how cold we are!
There is plenty of fruit for snacks and yogurts for puddings throughout the week.
The evening meals I have planned are:
Monday Night: Vegetable Rice & Chicken Dippers
Tuesday Night: Pizza with Garlic Bread and Fresh Salad
Wednesday Night: Fish, Chips and Peas
Thursday Night: Pork Chops with Mashed Potato, Carrots and Sweetcorn
Friday Night: Slow Cooker Chicken Stew
Saturday Night: Pasta Bake (Tori’s turn to cook!)
Sunday Night: Chicken Stir Fry with Rice, Spring Rolls, Prawn Crackers and Prawn Toast
It turns out that Saturday is actually officially Ice Cream For Breakfast Day so there is a chance that might happen, assming I remember to buy Ice Cream in time!!! (No really, it’s the first Saturday of February every year…)
