What’s On The Menu?

Yo! I am mostly here for a break from learning to make poppies out of paracord, ready to try and make them with the Cubs at our weekend Remembrance Sleepover.

I am not a big fan of decorative knots right now…

Not perfect, but I’m getting there!

But for now – food!

Weekday Meals

Pizza, Potato Wedges and Salad – Normality returned – pizza on a Monday!

Yeung Chow Fried Rice – Homemade fakeaway. Tasty and simple and easy to get plenty of veggies in!

Beef Stew & Fresh Bread – Slow Cooker time!

Butternut Squash & Bacon Bake with Veggies Pinch of Nom strikes again! This recipe involves bacon and cheese, so I am pretty sure it’s going to be a winner. Assuming I can win the battle with the butternut squash, that is. They can be pretty solid!

Bangers & Mash Pie – This recipe looks a bit like a sausage casserole with mashed potato topping. Should be tasty!

Weekend Meals

You will have to consult Caius about Saturday’s dinner because I will be at the Scout Hut having whatever has been planned there.

On Sunday I am planning on making Fish & Chips with Peas (both Mushy and normal) because it is easy and tasty and I will want comfort food after the Remembrance Parade and sleepover chaos!!
