Well, this is nice, isn’t it? Autumn is finally Autumning, with cold, clear days and leaves changing colours, and even a sprinkling of Aurora Borealis here and there. (Twice in a year!)
It makes the previous monsoon seem almost worth it, I think.
But now, from colours in the sky, to colours in the charts…
This time on the colour chart we have: Lime, Fire, Imperial, Laguna, and Independence.
Sounds like a cocktail if you say it all together, doesn’t it??

Coconut by Harry Nilsson
I hate this song, but Caius loves it. Every time he is faced with a coconut, or a lime, this song happens.
So I couldn’t really pick anything else for lime really. 1972 must have been a weird time if this was in the charts.
Just Like Fire by P!nk
This is more my style. Though for once it was hard to choose a song because there are SO MANY songs with fire in the title/lyrics. Nice problem to have once in a while!
The Imperial March (from Star Wars) by John Williams, Performed by Vienna Philharmonic
This was never going to be anything else, really.
Laguna by Jacob Morris
Oooh, yay for not being on schedule for all this – otherwise I think we would have been struggling. As it is, this was released two months ago and not only is it perfect for the prompt, I also really like it!
Independent Women: Part 1 by Destiny’s Child
1999 eh? Turns out this has been stuck in my head for longer than I thought.
I still have no idea if there is a Part 2 though. I only know this one….
