You know how I was all ‘this is going to be a short round up’ in last month’s post?
This one’s even shorter.
Ooops.

Yup. One book.
And it wasn’t even all the book, just most of it – I’d read the start back when I got it… three hundred years ago (or however long 1,400 days is in years).
I did very much enjoy the David Attenborough facts and figures and colouring in, and spot the differences, and animal quizzes, but it wasn’t exactly the big reading push I needed to get me back on track for my 52 books in the year.
I did start The Little Book Of Hygge by Meik Wiking (I’m about 35% through) and I am still listening my way through Babel by R. F. Kuang (I should have picked something shorter!) so hopefully I will get them finished and then also read three more things before the end of December. If I can scrape through with my 52 I will be happy.
Now, where did I put that stack of Penguin Little Black Classics that are excellent for filling in reading gaps????
