Has it been a week already? Blimey. Time really is flying at the moment and most of the time I haven’t the slightest idea what day it is or if there’s something important I should be doing. BabyBrain is definitely kicking in…
My reasons to be cheerful this week are quite simple really…
1.
The shower is working again.
I like being clean. I like having a shower that works (most of the time). I am happy for ‘most of the time’ because it is better than the previous ‘none of the time’ which is a pain when the only bath in your house is a small Looney Toons Baby Bath.
2.
This week, my house has almost permanently smelled of biscuits and/or cake.
Yum!! Yay for random baking urges.
3.
I have kept up with the washing up all week.
Hurrah! It’s not waited until that point where we run out of plates/forks etc and taken forever to do. It’s been a while since I managed to keep on top of it for more than two days. I blame nesting, in the best of ways 🙂 Now I just need to sort out that mountain of clean washing that needs putting away…
4.
Only 2 weeks on Sunday til D-Day!
BabyBump is due on the 27th so, really, any time now they could decide to make an appearance. Exciting! (Just so long as they avoid Saturday as it will rather muck up everyone’s plans…)
