I have discovered that there is a kind of peace found sailing down a canal or across a loch that you just don’t get anywhere else. The clouds are almost as spectacular as the mountains and they have mostly been kind and not rained on us too much.
I haven’t fallen in or been seasick, although the latter may be down to the water being flat as a mill pond most days and not my stomach of steel!
Hope to see you soon,

OMG! A most awesome holiday! Please make sure you tweet me if you decide to write more about it. I LOVE sailing and this looks relatively easy sailing. Goes on bucketlist.
Thank you Carole for the postcard
It was my first ever sailing experience in a yacht – had only ever been in a narrowboat before!
