Last week, the Smalls and I gatecrashed Caius’ hotel room when he went up to Edingburgh for work for a summer holiday.

We had a busy week, averaging 6 miles a day on foot exploring what the city has to offer, whilst Caius was at work in the office. 

   
    
    
    
    
    
    
 One evening we joined Caius and his workmates for their office board games night – Tori enjoyed playing one of her favourite iPad games in real life for a change which was great fun!

  Then on Saturday we all went to Portobello beach for a paddle and it was the office family BBQ in the afternoon which was brilliant .

   
    
    
    
   Sunday was time to head home but we made a day of it by visiting the Falkirk wheel and the stunning Kelpies on the way.

    
   
 
 
Oh, and I got bitten by a super brave duckling at a service station on the way home…
