Just ten more years to go before I will be the answer to life, the universe and everything!

It’s my birthday today. Yay!

I am planning on consuming cake, and doing very little other than going on a walk with Jet Wash and maybe some socially distant waving and chatting to friends.

I’m actually quite enjoying the whole being in my 30s thing, although I had hoped that by this point people would have stopped IDing me every time I try to buy stuff. But apparently I’m not grey enough yet. Still working on that one, I’m sure I will get there… right?

2020 has been a weird old year so far, there’s no denying it, but it has had good points. I have sort of enjoyed the extended time of no school runs and trying to be in twenty-seven places at once, it has been a learning curve but home-learning with the kids hasn’t been as awful as I thought it might be.

Time to see what the second half of the year has in store now, but first – it is time to celebrate surviving another year of being me!
