Corona-Music

Lockdown and Coronavirus have turned the whole world upside-down this year, there is no denying it, but it has also inspired a few pretty funky music tracks.

So here is a mini playlist of New Lockdown Tunes (several of which have been released in aid of various charities), followed by a video about how someone has actually composed a piece of music based on the chemical composition of the virus, which wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but is pretty cool all the same!

Cultivate an attitude of gratitude
Believing in yourself ’cause you’re the greatest
Smilin’ at the person right in front of you
Be proud of who you are ’cause you’ve made it
It’s a mystery, I suppose
Just how long this thing goes
But there’ll be crowds and there’ll be shows
And there will be a light after dark
Someday when we aren’t six feet apart
And we won’t bow, we won’t break
No, we’re not afraid to do whatever it takes
We’ll never bow, we’ll never break
‘Cause we are warriors, we’ll fight for our lives
Oh, I know that they’ll be better days
Oh, that sunshine bout to come my way
May we never ever shed another tear for today
‘Cause oh, I know that they’ll be better days
At the end of a storm
There’s a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark

2020, yeah, we’re living in some strange times
But we’re all in this together at the same time
It’s getting difficult and yeah it’s pretty crazy
But you can stay at home and nobody can call you lazy

And finally – the sound of CV19 itself!!
