Monday – Chicken Biryani & Naan Bread
Tuesday – Pesto Pasta & Veg
Quick and easy to do before Tori’s dance classes!
Wednesday – Chicken Nuggets, Chips & Spaghetti Shapes
Tori didn’t actually get these last week so we’ll try again this week!
Thursday – Pizza
We all need to eat at different times tonight for various reasons so pizza is a good choice because you can just cook each person’s when they need it!
Friday – Sausage Jambalaya
I haven’t made this in aaaaages because last time I did, both Smalls refused to even try it and cried a lot. I am hoping for a better reaction this time around!
Saturday – Pork Stroganoff
Quick, easy favourite. I’ll probably serve it with pasta because we’ll have had rice the day before.
Sunday – Lucky Dip
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t feeling the meal planning bug this week and just gave up before I got to Sunday. I’ll make a store-cupboard special and everything will be fine!!
