Hello 2022!

*sidles in*

Uhhh, hey everyone! It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Sorry about that. Life sort of… got very crazy after September.

But here we are at the start of another year, with who knows what adventures ahead of us.

Some of the crazy in life came from us gaining a new member of the family – Chase the Red, a rescue (mostly) Rottweiler puppy came to live with us. He is ridiculous, cuddly, boisterous, clumsy, and very silly. And also the same size and weight as Jet Wash already, even though he’s only 8 months old.

In other news, the kids have both grown like weeds and are now basically as tall as I am, oh and last week, Caius and I got engaged. So there’s gonna be some planning to do in 2022!

For this year, I’m not making resolutions, I’m just planning on enjoying as much as I can, and making the most of the moments I get because we are still living in uncertain times, and nothing is guaranteed.

I hope that 2022 is kind to you all, and I hope to be around a bit more on here, too.
