Carole’s Music Alphabet ~ F is for…

CMAfFive Colours In Her Hair by McFly

I adored McFly’s first album. It was like a mash up between Busted and the Beach Boys which was my idea of awesome at the time. And, now, actually if I’m honest.

This album was fun, a bit silly and super happy. Die-hard Busted fans hate it (and McFly in general) but I have always liked them both and this was one of my favourite tracks from that first album. I quite often play it when I’m doing housework because it’s nice and bouncy and gets me singing along even if I’m bored out of my brain sorting washing. It’s just funny to look at the video now because they all look about 12 years old!

McFly are still going and I like their later stuff as well, enjoying their music as they matured (a bit) but still stayed fun throughout. Caius (begrudgingly) got tickets for us to go see them on the first McBusted tour and that was AMAZING – I’d have been happy with just a McFly gig but to have (most of) Busted there as well was just awesome. Because Busted.
