The threat of another snow-filled week has got me thinking back to the snow late last year and how much fun that was.
I mean, it was cold and walking to work at 0630 in -13 degrees celcius was a bit miserable (mostly because the cold killed my phone so I couldn’t listen to my podcasts!), but we made the best of it. We played in the garden, we went for walks and didn’t let a tiny bit of snow slow us down (it was almost waist deep for the kids in places, it might have slowed us down a bit…) – the difference ‘just getting on with it’ made was brilliant.
It also made us all appreciate our waterproof trousers very much!
So because I doubt this week’s efforts are going to match up, I thought I’d share some photos of the fun we had last time. (And if I’m completely wrong and the weather forecasters are right, maybe I’ll do another post next week of what we got up to this week!)
